Our promotions are valid only during specific time frames, and unfortunately, we cannot apply promotional prices to orders made outside of those periods. 

There are many perks to registering for an account! Accounts allow our Customer Care team to assist you more quickly and efficiently. They also allow you to view your order history, receive up to date order statuses, you get your very own wish list to create and share as you please. 

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times can vary depending on your location, shipping method, product type, and the time of year.

  • Custom Orders: Typically take 1-3 business days to produce, plus shipping time. Please note production times may be extended during the holiday season.
  • Branded Socks (Blue Q, Uptown Sox, K. Bell): Ready to ship within 1-3 business days, plus shipping time.
  • Shipping Options: Our primary carrier is Canada Post, but due to the ongoing strike, there are significant delays. For faster service, we recommend Purolator, UPS, or FedEx. Pricing for these options is available at checkout.

Additionally, orders over $100 qualify for Free Purolator Ground or CanPar Ground Shipping with tracking included. We are based near Edmonton, Alberta. If you need your order by a specific date, please consider upgrading your shipping method.

We can only ship to the address provided at checkout and are unable to send items to multiple addresses in a single order. If you need items delivered to different locations, please consider placing separate orders for each address.

We accept payments via MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal.

We’re happy to assist! If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us via our contact page, as soon as possible. If we receive your email before processing your order, we’ll gladly make the requested changes. However, once your order has begun processing, we will no longer be able to modify it. Please note, this policy does not apply to custom socks.

We recommend reviewing your order carefully before submitting it to ensure everything is correct.

Please contact us before we have fulfilled your order. If your order has already been fulfilled we are unable to make changes. If your order is returned to our warehouse. We can resend it to the right address, additional fees will apply for shipping. 

Refunds or replacements are not available for items that are delayed, lost or returned because incorrect or incomplete address information. 

We offer a variety of sock types and styles in multiple sizes. For the best fit, please refer to the "Sizing" section on each product page. For custom socks, we recommend washing them before wear, as they may appear larger due to our production process. After washing, they will become their true fit and size.

Better photo = better socks! 

Here are some simple tips

  • Straight on shots of the person/pet tend to look best on the socks
  • Get the entire face/body of the pet/person (including the ears!) in the picture
  • Good consistent lighting on the face (outside shots with natural light are ideal, especially for darker pets!)
  • Nothing obstructing the view of the face (ex: grass, blanket, trees, etc)
  • Good resolution standard digital camera/smartphone or better 
  • Avoid taking a photo of a physical photo

The Sock Bar Custom Socks Photo Guide

Due to copyright and trademark laws, we are unable to print images of celebrities, characters (e.g., Disney, Nintendo), symbols, logos, icons, or any other famous marks not owned by you on our socks.

Even if the image is of yourself, we cannot use the likeness of any celebrity without proper rights to do so.

If we receive an image that violates these restrictions, our customer service team will contact you for a replacement photo.

Absolutely! We can create custom socks with nearly any design you have in mind. We’ve made socks featuring animals like cows, reptiles, birds, and guinea pigs, as well as company logos, buildings, vehicles, and even drawings. Whatever your idea is, we can help bring it to life!

Depending on the picture our design team will keep or remove the item.  If you have a preference please contact us and let us know to include or remove. 

To ensure the fastest production and delivery, we are unable to provide a preview before starting production.

For guidance on submitting a great photo, please refer to our photo guide. We crop your photo; we do not edit or alter the image beyond that.

If your pet is wearing an accessory or outfit, please let us know if you'd like it included or excluded in the design. If no preference is provided, our design team will make the final decision.

Custom All White Socks - 95% polyester, 5% spandex

Custom Black Sole Socks - The black sole is 95% cotton and 5% Spandex; the white part is 95% polyester and 5% spandex

Custom Dress Socks - 70% polyester, 25% cotton, 5% elastane/spandex

The best way to get in touch with us is through our contact page, as all emails are typically responded to within 1 - 5 business days. Thank you for your understanding.

There are typically two reasons why customers may not receive our reply. The most common reason is that our email has been automatically filtered into the junk or spam folder due to email settings or filters on your account. Be sure to check both your inbox and junk/spam folders.

The other reason is that a typo may have occurred in the email address entered on the contact form, causing our response to be undeliverable. If you haven't received a reply from us within 5 business days, please resubmit your inquiry through our contact page.

We are from Spruce Grove, Alberta, Canada. We send the mail through Canada Post in Devon, Alberta and Edmonton, Alberta. 

Branded Socks

Yes, we accept returns of branded socks within 10 days of receiving your shipment, as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, your refund will be processed minus the original packaging and shipping fees.

Custom Products: All sales of custom products are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. They are made to order and are one-of-a-kind for you.
